The Bachelor of General Studies program is designed to be a flexible liberal arts degree that also allows students to create their own, individualized program of study. This program aligns with the College of Charleston's traditions and values while also giving students the flexibility to design a unique degree.

Bachelor of Professional Studies
The Bachelor of Professional Studies program is a highly-customizable degree completion program, which combines a liberal arts education with immediately applicable practical skills. The Bachelor of Professional Studies coursework can be completed by mixing traditional online courses with virtual classes using our video conferencing format called Live Online.
The Bachelor of Professional Studies degree offers several concentrations for students to choose from with more concentrations being added soon. Currently, the School of Professional Studies offers concentrations in the following:
Undergraduate Certificate in Project Management
The Undergraduate Certificate in Project Management allows students to gain the analytical framework, strategic planning skills, and managerial insight necessary to become effective project managers. Students can add this certificate to the undergraduate coursework plan or complete the certificate on its own.
The curriculum provides students with the baseline knowledge to help them successfully pursue the highly sought-after Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. All course material may be accessed online from any location. Some classes will have regular meeting times, while others will be more traditional online courses. With Live Online, students have the flexibility to attend courses at their convenience.
