SPS offers several undergraduate programs:

All undergraduate programs offered are designed with the adult student in mind. We understand many of our students have work and family responsibilities that may get in the way of academics. With our flexible course offerings, we set our students up to succeed.

Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS)

BPS is a highly-customizable degree completion program, which combines a liberal arts education with immediately applicable practical skills. The focus of this degree is practical-academic. Students will learn skills immediately applicable for the workplace. BPS offers six concentrations:

  • Organizational Leadership & Management
  • Applied Communication
  • Project Management
  • Hospitality Operations Management
  • Healthcare & Medical Services Management
  • Legal Studies

Bachelor of General Studies (BGS)

BGS is designed to be a flexible liberal arts degree that allows students to create their own, individualized program of study. It’s well suited for students who prefer not to choose a major, but instead want to choose two minors. A limited number of minors are available online.

Undergraduate Certificate in Project Management

The certificate in Project Management is taught by College of Charleston faculty and local practitioners who hold extensive industry and scholastic experience. All required coursework may be accessed through our online portal and may be completed within a 15-month period.
