SEMESTER ABROAD IN THE SOUTH

This program is designed for groups of students from universities abroad who wish to experience life in a U.S. university.  The focus of SAS students is twofold: to acquire English for classroom and everyday life; and to become familiar with the American Culture by making friends with American students and living on a U.S. campus.  The SAS home universities will often grant credit for the English courses taken at the ELI.

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age, and must hold at least a Beginner level of English proficiency in all skill-based areas.
