Paul L. Stepanovich is a professor of management at Southern Connecticut State University, and an adjunct professor at the College of Charleston. He has served as a consultant in both the healthcare and business sectors, and has published articles related to performance improvement (quality), performance evaluation, and general management.
Dr. Stepanovich holds a Ph.D. in Healthcare Systems Science from the Medical University of South Carolina. His research interests include the impact of our management system on stress and health; systems thinking; and pedagogy. Dr. Stepanovich is also an advocate of systems thinking (system dynamics) and the Deming management system.
