The School of Professional Studies strives to meet the needs of adult learners in the Charleston area by offering degree-completion programs and a range of continuing education opportunities. Our programs were developed to accommodate the busy professional with courses offered online and in person at our innovative and convenient North Charleston facility. In addition, we are dedicated to providing a diverse set of resources for continued career growth through the Center for Continuing Education and JobBridge initiative as well as opportunities for networking and personal enrichment.

In a 21st century global economy, a college degree is essential. It allows for greater career possibilities and increased earning potential. A recent Pew Research Center study stated that college graduates aged 25-32 earned $17,500 more annually than their high-school-educated peers. Pursuing continuing education is increasingly necessary in today’s competitive workforce. The School of Professional Studies has opportunities for professionals to learn a new skill, develop an existing skill, and grow as a leader. These additional non-credit courses help candidates stand out among the competition.

At the School of Professional Studies, our dedicated faculty and staff work tirelessly to provide access to the education you need to build a brighter future for yourself, your family, and your community.

Give a Meaningful Gift
